We offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, Bootcamp, Aquafit, SUP Yoga and Personal Training in a serene, spa-like setting. With over 40 acres of land we are able to train and hold classes in the beautiful outdoors.
Outdoor activity has been proven to boost mental health, so we try and hold classes outdoors, weather permitting.
Your health, well-being, and safety are our top priorities. We limit our class size to 6 participants, so you can get to know our staff!
We have the ability to open our doors to allow fresh air to flow through the building and have enhanced our cleaning procedures in-between classes.
