Charlene is the Owner/Operator of COOP. She is also a mother of 4 active boys that have always been involved in sports at various different levels of competitiveness. Charlene has developed and maintained a high degree of personal interest in physical fitness and commitment. She was very active in her own personal fitness and had exposure to personal trainers on a personal basis over the past 20 years.
She is a trained and certified personal trainer through Canfit Pro and has her CPTN designation.
Charlene’s passion, interest, energy and commitment are to ensuring that her clients objectives and personal goals are achieved.

Pilates and Yoga Instructor
Dr. Cassie Ellis is an Assistant Professor with Ivey Business School at Western University. Cassie received her Ph.D. in Kinesiology wherein her dissertation focused on making physical activity more pleasurable for everyone, with a focus on manipulating music to increase pleasure throughout the exercise experience.
In addition to her academic life, Cassie is a busy mom of two who also teaches group fitness classes, certifies fitness instructors through canfitpro, and coaches the local competitive swim team’s strength and conditioning program.
Cassie has several specialized certifications and teaches a variety of classes, including: Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, and Strength Conditioning classes. Cassie enjoys studying, teaching, and sharing her passion of health and fitness and looks forward to working with you!
Nicole is a certified Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance (CALA) aquafit instructor who has been teaching aquafitness for close to 20 years.
During this time she has had the privilege of leading various styles of aqua classes geared to different participants whether at fitness clubs, city recreation, or a senior's complex. She is passionate about ensuring movement and fitness feels great, fun, and engaging.
Movement has been an integral part of her life and helps her stay balanced. She loves a great water workout (of course), intervals, tabata, bootcamp, yoga, pilates, biking, hiking, cross country skiing, and more.

Kickboxing and Aquafit Instructor
Lola is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has 20 years experience teaching classes and has taught classes as large as 100 + participants, as well as small intimate groups.
Lola has a background in Muay Thai and American Kickboxing and even has some amature fights under her belt.
She has a passion for wellness and love for motivating others to move their bodies, step out of their comfort zones and reach their goals!
Allison discovered her love for yoga about 14 years ago. She was initially drawn to it for its physical benefits, but soon saw how consistent practice was changing her life. She was happier, calmer and felt more in touch with herself.
Allison realized that whole food nutrition; movement, and a consistent practice are essential in not only establishing a healthy mind-body connection, but key to a balanced life.
Allison took her first yoga teacher training in Nicaragua, through Moksha Yoga; graduating in 2016, and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in Toronto.
She has completed her training in Yin yoga in through Yoga Therapy Toronto, and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and the alumni association with CSNN.
Kelly has a passion for yoga, dance, mindfulness, and bringing these passions to everyone.
She is a yoga and dance teacher and has her 200HR multi-style registered yoga training from YogaRenew, as well as Zumba certification.
Kelly specializes in power, gentle and mindfulness yoga programs. She is currently working on receiving her certification in fitness for mental health and becoming a yoga therapist.
Kelly has been practicing for over 10 years and can't wait to bring her excitement to each class.
