Charlene is the Owner/Operator of COOP. She is also a mother of 4 active boys that have always been involved in sports at various different levels of competitiveness. Charlene has developed and maintained a high degree of personal interest in physical fitness and commitment. She was very active in her own personal fitness and had exposure to personal trainers on a personal basis over the past 20 years.
She is a trained and certified personal trainer through Canfit Pro and has her CPTN designation.
Charlene’s passion, interest, energy and commitment are to ensuring that her clients objectives and personal goals are achieved.

More than 10 years working as a sales executive, Gigi was burnt out, disillusioned by the commercial work, and was looking for something more meaningful in life; this is when she was introduced to yoga. After making yoga a daily routine in my day, I realized yoga was now a part of my life. It was not just a physical experience but also an important for living a balanced life style.
In 2012, Gigi traveled to Australia for a yoga teacher training course but also to learn from others about their stories and theories behind their practices. After graduation, she started her teaching journey. Currently Gigi teaches private individual, group, corporate, kids, adults, and family yoga classes.
To Gigi, yoga is all about spaces and balancing. Her classes combine strength and mobility work in a dynamic, vinyasa flow style, with the expectation of moving, sweating and breathing.

Pilates and Yoga Instructor
Dr. Cassie Ellis is an Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Associate with Ivey Business School at Western University. She studies leader character with specific focus on exercising and developing character through different methods, such as music and improvisation. Cassie received her Ph.D. in Kinesiology wherein her dissertation focused on making physical activity more pleasurable for everyone, with a focus on manipulating music to increase pleasure throughout the exercise experience.
In addition to her academic life, Cassie is a busy mom of two who also teaches group fitness classes, certifies fitness instructors through canfitpro, and coaches the local competitive swim team’s strength and conditioning program. Cassie has several specialized certifications and teaches a variety of classes, including: Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, and Strength Conditioning classes. Cassie enjoys studying, teaching, and sharing her passion of health and fitness and looks forward to working with you!
